Cibus Rescheduled To May 2021
(Parma, 11 May 2020) – The 20th edition of Cibus, the international Food Exhibition, has been rescheduled for next year, from 4 to 7 May 2021.
The decision, taken by Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare, has been mutually agreed with ITA – Italian Trade Agency and the businesses of the Italian agri-food supply chain. An international forum entitled "CIBUS FORUM -FOOD&BEVERAGE SECTOR AND COVID: FROM TRANSITION TO TRANSFORMATION" will be held in Parma in September, later this year. While in the next few days, an innovative digital Sourcing and Business Matching platform, called “My Business Cibus” will be launched.

Summer Fancy Food Show Cancelled
The Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show, scheduled for June 28-30 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York, will not take place as planned due to events outside of the SFA's control. These include the national and global response to the COVID-19 pandemic, associated travel restrictions, and the Javits Center’s critical service in fighting the pandemic that impacts the facility’s availability.
The immediate priority of the SFA is to guide member exhibitors and registered attendees through a process of receiving refunds or credits for the show. An extensive outreach campaign is underway to all exhibitor members and attendees. ...

We are disheartened to announce that IDDBA 2020 will be canceled this year due to the rapid COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. We remained optimistic that we would be able to put the show on in Indianapolis on May 31-June 2. The exponential progression of the virus continues. With the global impacts and hardships our members, community, and industry continue to face while carrying the daunting responsibility to keep food on our tables during these difficult times, we had to make the unavoidable decision to cancel.

Cibus Rescheduled For Early September
(Parma, March 10th 2020) –Cibus has been rescheduled for early September, from Tuesday 1st to Friday 4th September 2020.
The unpredictable development of the COVID-19 outbreak and specifically the intensification of flight restrictions from and to Italy have made the postponement necessary. Therefore, after talks with the delegates of exhibitors and the Italian agri-food supply chains, as well as with the international buyers, Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare have mutually agreed today to reschedule Cibus 2020 (initially planned in May) for 1-4 September 2020.
The postponement to September is a responsible and strategic choice: Cibus will become the key appointment of next fall for the international market and for Made in Italy food.
